GUARANTEE POLICY

Should any product you order Tetruss Yoga Swings fail to meet your expectations, please return the item or items to us (in clean, unused condition) within 10 days of delivery for exchange, credit, or refund. All returned items must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA). You may request an RMA by email, phone, or written request.

REPAIRS/WARRANTY

Tetruss Yoga Swing products come with a 2 year warranty on all parts and materials. Any part, accessory or product not manufactured by us is not covered by the warranty. There will be a fee to replace any items not covered by the warranty. The Tetruss Yoga Swing warranty also does not cover damage or modifications done by the user to the product. We reserve the right to replace or repair merchandise under warranty at our discretion. Shipping charges for repairs and not included by the warranty.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please send it back within 10 days in the original shipping material by prepaid U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx. For your protection you should insure any and all returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. Tetruss Yoga Swing is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
